I am a board-certified orthopedic surgeon with special interest in treating congenital deformities, pediatric orthopedics and cerebral palsy. I perform a variety of surgical procedures, including limb lengthening and deformity correction. My professional experience is also rich in treating children with cerebral palsy. I am committed to providing comprehensive, individualized care for each patient. My specialization is also limb salvage in adults. I have been involved in the management of many complex limb restoration cases, both in Poland and overseas.
Every child deserves the opportunity to reach his or her full potential. I am honored to serve my patients and their families. I have helped countless children regain their ability to walk and live fully lives. My focus is to provide patients with cerebral palsy in Poland with an evidence-based approach and professional care of whole team including different subspecialties – from physiotherapist to gait analysis. Our team has introduced a patient’s specific care program for cerebral palsy which is in its 5th year of running with participation of kids from Poland and European countries.

My father Professor Jarosław Deszczyński is an incredible orthopedic surgeon and since I was a child I witnessed his passion and dedication to this profession. He started this desire for me to pursue other people health problem solutions. He also taught me to value the patient as an individual and to respect their feelings and wishes. This has been a great lesson for me, which
I highly appreciate. I had the opportunity to shadow my father’s work and observe how he handled different cases. His dedication for his work and love for helping others always puts a smile on my face whenever I think about it. His advice to me was to always listen and understand the patient’s concerns, no matter what they are, and provide feedback in a compassionate manner. This has been an invaluable lesson for me and I will continue to pass on this knowledge to my patients.
