Yesterday was a big celebration at our Institute! We solemnly unveiled the bell that announces the moment of triumph from the end of a certain stage spent at the Paley European Institute.

Yesterday was a big day at our Institute! It was a ceremony of unveiling the bell which proclaims our patients' moment of triumph when they complete level of treatment at the Paley European Institute.

During the weekend we were at a sports camp in Zywiec. We prepared psychological and dietary workshops for judo players from the Judo Club Chojrak.

However, when unpleasant emotions such as anger, sadness or jealousy prevail, it's a sign that your vital needs need to be noticed and met.

Each of us sometimes needs help from other people. Independence is highly valued in our world. However, you can't do everything alone, and everyone is to some extent dependent on others. Various life experiences and relationships with other people make it easy for us to ask for help, or on the contrary - it becomes an insurmountable barrier.
